Responsibilities:

• Provide quality technical support to customers in a timely manner
• Perform systematic continuous improvement to improve efficiency and effectiveness of daily activities
• Develop new and innovative solutions to address technical issues and challenges
• Collaborate with sales department on assessing customer requirement to provide a win-win solutions
• Practice good documentation and housekeeping for data, files, assests and resources

• Possesses a Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering / Control / Mechatronic discipline
• Minimum of Three years working experience in Industrial Automation products including PLC, Industrial Network, Vision, Robotics, Motion, Safety, Sensing, Quality control and Inspection
• Specialize in dedicated product lines and industrial knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive desired outcomes
• Good interpersonal, business communication and presentation skills
• Proactive in the areas of responsibility
• Self-motivated
• Ability to handle all range of personal including internal and external communication
• Detailed & organized team player, meet deadlines under pressure, a keen goal achiever and yet able to work independently with good analytical skills
