Penerangan Pekerjaan - ROOM REVENUE MANAGER

You will be primarily based at the Reservation Office of the Hotel.
Report directly to the Hotel Manager & Assistant Hotel Manager.
Assist the management to in charge of the daily operations of Reservation Department.
Responsible for Corporate, OTA/portal agents and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.
Assist the management to develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize room revenue across various channels, including Online Travel Agencies.
Work closely with the Assistant Hotel Manager to enhance visibility and positioning on Online Travel Agencies.
Conduct regular audits of reservations and bookings on Online Travel Agencies to ensure accuracy and alignment with pricing strategies.
Develop and nurture relationships with travel agencies, government bodies and corporate clients to drive group bookings and offline sales.
Assists the management with pricing and provides input on business evaluation recommendations and improve the effectiveness of revenue management processes.
Compiles information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected/forecasting sales.
Attends meetings to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and manage activities and solutions.
Conduct departmental briefing on regular basis and ensure important information is disseminated to all levels.
Co-operate, co-ordinate, communicate and liaise with other heads of department as and when necessary.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize inventory and pricing strategies specific to OTA platforms.
Identify and resolve room revenue related issues promptly.
Provide financial expertise to the management for room revenue improvements.
Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the management.
