RTR Tower Lead (Director Level)

Our client is seeking an experienced Record-to-Report (RTR) leader to oversee a regional finance service delivery function within an international organisation.

The role will be responsible for strengthening the RTR operating model, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery across the region, and driving improvements in process efficiency, standardisation and automation. The successful candidate will work closely with finance leadership and key stakeholders across multiple markets to enhance service performance, develop organisational capabilities and support the evolution of the regional operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the regional RTR service delivery organisation and ensure the function is appropriately structured and equipped to meet business requirements.
  
• Take overall accountability for service performance, operational effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction across the assigned scope.
  
• Establish appropriate performance measures and governance mechanisms to monitor service delivery and address operational issues in a timely manner.
  
• Drive process standardisation, simplification, automation and continuous improvement across the RTR organisation.
  
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, technology and ways of working, and work with relevant stakeholders to prioritise and implement improvements.
  
• Lead the implementation of new processes, operating practices and technology initiatives across the regional RTR organisation.
  
• Partner with regional and business finance stakeholders to ensure service delivery remains aligned with evolving business needs.
  
• Act as a key point of contact for regional stakeholders on RTR service performance, operational matters and improvement initiatives.
  
• Build strong relationships with finance and business leaders, balancing customer experience with operational efficiency and service quality.
  
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the RTR operating model and support the implementation of agreed enhancements.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent would be advantageous.
  
• At least 8 years of relevant experience across accounting, finance operations, Record-to-Report (RTR), reporting or related functions within a multinational or complex international environment.
  
• Proven experience in GBS, shared services, regional finance operations or a comparable service delivery model.
  
• Strong understanding of end-to-end RTR processes and finance service delivery.
  
• Experience leading teams and managing senior stakeholders across multiple countries, markets or business units.
