Safety, Health and Environment Executive - Hiring Immediately

Responsible in managing compliances scope by DOE, DOSH and BOMBA after the introduction of new legal change. Execute plant wide SHE activities and ensure the effectiveness and the efficient of implementation on safety, health and environment activities and programs to the entire organization.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage SHE Legal database as per interested parties needs and expectation (DOE- MyPremis), (DOSH – MyKKP), BOMBA (E-Premis).
2. Participate in SHE budgets required investment and analyse expenses preparation and execution annually.
3. Develop, organize, support, execute and implement the company wide SHE programs and activities at the place of work.
4. Establish and implement the yearly plan and SHE long term action plan including scope of SHE trainer and coordinate as per company direction.
5. Take proactive measures to identify risks and to avoid occurrence of SHE related accident / incident.
6. Carry out duty of SHE practitioner as to fulfil the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994; Factory and Machinery Act 1967; and Environmental Quality Act 1974.
7. Fulfil other interested parties’ requirement and expectation in related with SHE and support on the SHE management system continuation.
8. Execute on SHE activity and others or programmed as per required by the superior.

Academic Qualification, Requirement & Skills:

• Bachelor in Environmental Science or Safety, Health and Environment or other related field with minimum 1 year experience as SHE practitioner.
• Knowledgeable on Safety, Health, and Environment Management System.
• Independent, excellent in communication and interpersonal skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
