Safety, Health, Environment & Security (SHES) Executive - Immediate Start

Qualifications & experience

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, Sciences, Management, Operations, or related fields. Preferably in Occupational Safety & Health and/or Certificate of Attendance in Safety & Health Officer from a DOSH recognized training institution.
• With minimum of 2 years' experience in Safety, Environmental, Health and Security Management and compliance.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with TAPA, ISO 9001 and 14001 management systems
• Willingness to travel.
• Good attitude, positive minded, self-starter, independent and good team worker.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Conduct and monitor risk assessment across the company and at all sites and recommend solutions on how to reduce or minimize the risk.
• Coordinate and assist in delivering the Safety, Health, Environment and Security strategy including the setting and monitoring of KPI’s in line with strategy.
• Deliver audit or inspection programme (plans and ad-hoc) across the company to ensure the full compliance to the required standards and regulations.
• Manage and maintain record on reported incidents and accidents, conduct investigations / inspection findings, and propose recommendations for improvement or preventive measures.
• Develop, implement and maintain Safety, Health, Environment and Security policies and procedures.
• Maintain and promote awareness to employees to ensure adoption and adherence to the company’s policies and procedures in related to Safety, Health, Environment and Security.
• Conduct internal safety and security training as and when necessary.
