SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT (SHE) EXECUTIVE - SHAH ALAM FACTORY - Fast Hire

Job Descriptions:

1. In charge of Safety, Health, Environment, Risk Management and other activities to ensure total compliance with all government/ relevant regulations.
2. Handling facility and government relations of Safety, Health, Environment, Risk Management and other matters (e.g. DOSH, DOE, Factory & Machinery, Fire and Rescue Department etc.)
3. Organize activities pertaining to Safety, Health, Environment and Risk Management.
4. Perform Training and conduct Safety Performance Evaluations.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures regarding Safety, Health and Environment.
6. Manage hazardous chemical waste disposal and manage contracts for off-site disposal services.
7. Recommend necessary action or procedural changes to improvise areas not compliant with regulations.
8. Recommend necessary action or procedural changes to reduce risk to staff, department and workforce.
9. Conduct industrial accident/ incident investigation.
10. Assist in identifying and reviewing the Yearly Risk Assessment Register and ensure all the proposed countermeasures are taken.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder preferably in Environmental & Occupational Health or Engineering discipline.
2. A Registered DOSH Safety & Health Officer (Green Book Holder).
3. Preferably candidate with 2-3 years working experience/exposure in Manufacturing industries.
4. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Occupational Safety and Health capacity.
5. Familiar with Management System (e.g., ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 & Codex GMP etc.) and/or other standards.
6. Possessed good knowledge in Safety, Health and Environment Laws & Regulations, Code of Practices and Best Management Practices.
7. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, proactive, multitasking, good interpersonal & interaction skills etc.
