SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT (SHE) EXECUTIVE - Urgent

Job Descriptions:

1. In charge of Safety, Health, Environment and other activities to ensure total compliance with all government/ relevant regulations.
2. Handling facility and government relations of Safety, Health, Environment, Risk Management and other matters (e.g. DOSH, DOE, Factory & Machinery, Fire and Rescue Department etc.)
3. Support the ISO programs and the coordination of the certification process
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures regarding Safety, Health and Environment.
5. Conduct investigation if any incident, accident and dangerous occurrence and advice on the remedial measure to be taken to prevent the recurrence.
6. To conduct safety and health risk assessment and enforce preventative measures at workplace (HIRARC)
7. To actively participate in SHE Committee Meeting and other standard Committee Meeting and carry out roles & responsibilities assigned in the QMS/ EHS certification system and other standards.
8. Perform Training and conduct Safety Performance Evaluations.
9. Follow up with the relevant authority for annual factory audit.
10. Any other jobs that assign by the Superior or the Top Management

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder preferably in Environmental & Occupational Health or Engineering discipline.
2. Knowledgeable on Safety, Health, and Environment Management System.
3. Preferably candidate with 2-3 years working experience/exposure in Manufacturing industries.
4. Familiar with Management System (e.g. ISO14001, ISO45001 etc.) and/or other standards.
5. Possessed good knowledge in Safety, Health and Environment Laws & Regulations, Code of Practices and Best Management Practices.
6. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, proactive, multitasking, good interpersonal & interaction skills etc.
