Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Account Manager


  • At least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,  Professional Degree in Business; Engineering field or equivalent.

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in semiconductor related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical or equivalent.

  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Malaysia (Thai language will be added advantage).

  • Able to manage overall sales activities, branch office and service support team.

  • Result-oriented and dynamic in promoting sales with proven sales track records.

  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, independent and service-oriented.

  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills

  • Self-motivated, team, player and independent.


  • Developing and monitoring sales activities in Northern Malaysia and Thailand

  • Maintains account ownership, to handle products inquiries, provide quotation, and follow up for the Purchase Order, delivery schedule and the after sales support to customer.

  • Reviews customer requirements and discuss with factory engineering team on the viability of the project based on existing factory capability.

  • Expand new customer base while providing sales support to existing customers.

  • Establish a good relationship with customers and to build rapport with various customer departments, such as Purchasing/ Engineering/ Manufacturing/ SQE/ Finance etc.

  • Develops new customer contacts, providing solutions to customer problems which lead to new business opportunity for the company.

  • Provide information, guidance and assistance to team members.

  • Traveling to visit local/ regional customer progressively.

  • Gathering local and regional market information.
