Sales Account Manager - Call Centre

-Conduct market research to generate new leads and seek out potential partners. -Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.-Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics that has been assigned.-Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction for customer retention and repeat sales.-Review business performance and to identify risk and opportunity of the brand. Communicate findings to management to further improvement of the service we are providing.-Maintain customer relationship, by providing customer with the total solution; to, ultimately, build and extend the business network.-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction.-Provide regular updates and reports to management on the progress and results as and when required.
