Work Locations: Jalan MIVO, Kepong
- Possess own transport and willing to work in Kepong.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to process customer’s orders in timely manner and effectively.
- To assist salesperson to prepare sales order.
- To handle customer enquiries related to product and order.
- Attend to incoming calls and email inquiries.
- Liaise with customer via phone and/or email for delivery arrangement and all matters related to sales order.
- To follow up with salespersons' enquiries.
- Prepare Daily invoice
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Have a minimum of 1 & 2 years of working experience.
- Computer literate.
- Self - initiative and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and willing to work in Kepong.
Working Hours:
- 8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)
- 8am - 12.30pm (Saturday)
