    我们是一家不断创新及带给市场惊喜的烘焙食品包装供应商。由于公司不断扩充与发展,我们有必要招聘更多有责任感和积极的人加入我们的团队和我们一起创造未来。我们正在寻找一位细致且有责任心的销售行政助理加入我们的团队。销售行政助理将负责支持销售团队的日常行政工作,以确保销售流程和库存管理的高效运转。此职位要求能够接受每个月两个周六上班的安排。

主要职责:

行政支持:
处理销售团队的日常行政事务,如文件管理、会议安排和行程协调。
准备和维护销售报告、合同和其他相关文档。

数据分析:
收集、整理和分析销售数据,提供数据支持和销售报告。
协助销售团队进行市场调研和数据分析,支持销售决策。

客户服务:
处理客户的咨询和投诉,提供高效的客户支持。
协助销售团队与客户沟通,维护良好的客户关系。

协调销售活动:
协助组织和协调销售活动和会议,如产品展示会、客户拜访等。
支持销售团队的其他日常运营工作。

仓库管理:
协助管理仓库的日常运营,包括库存管理、货物接收和发货。
维护仓库物品的准确记录,确保库存的准确性和及时更新。
定期进行库存盘点,报告库存水平和需求预测

Sales Coordinator

We are a food and bakery packaging provider that constantly innovates and brings surprises to the market. As the company continues to expand and develop, it is necessary for us to recruit more talents with sense of responsibility and positive mindset to join our team. We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Sales Coordinator to join our team. This position requires to work on two of Saturday per month. 

 

As long you:

  • Know how to deal with details, arrange work and deal with problems
  • Are passionate about work
  • Have good attitude and communication skills
  • Have a sense of responsibility, be spontaneous and have a good attitude
  • Work in precision and well organised manner
  • Basic computer skills.  (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

 

Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks for the sales/marketing, such as document management, meeting arrangements, and itinerary coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, contracts, and other related documents.

Data Analysis:

  • Collect, organize, and analyse sales data, providing data support and sales reports.
  • Assist the sales team with market research and data analysis to support sales decisions.

Customer Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing efficient customer support.
  • Assist the company in communicating with customers and maintaining good customer relationships.

Coordinating Sales Activities:

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales activities and meetings, such as product exhibitions and client visits.
  • Support other daily operations of the sales team.

Warehouse Management:

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, goods receipt, and dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate records of warehouse items, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely updates.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report inventory levels and demand forecasts.
