JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated sales Admin cum Account Exec to provide excellent support to our sales team. Your daily job duties are as follows above:-
- Manage account-related tasks such as preparing invoices, Purchase order, Payment voucher and ensuring the overall account processes run smoothly.
- Prepare monthly payment summary list for approval
- Key in approved payment realase into coprate banking system in excel format.
- Shipping & Handling knowledge
- Manage all aspect of company’s importing and exporting
- Prepare delivery order for client purchase goods
- Apply and pay import permit at E-Dagang system
- Manage K1 form received from Kastam for import goods
- Liason with courier such as Fedex on shipment and handling proces.
- Handle Sales admin tasks such as managing clients' contracts, requesting quotation to vendors, follow-up on goods arrival and handling incoming calls
- Communicate with clients and business partners via phone and email to meet their requirements.
- Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
- Input data into our customer management system
- Manage the sakes department’s calander.
- Other duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain important files and documents systematically to ensure easy access and the efficiency of daily operations.
- Other tasks that the company shall provide from time to time related to all above scopes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting .
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with compliance and legal regulations is advantage.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
