Job Requirements :
• Check and issue shipping documents
• Input delivery schedule / data in the system
• Check Letter of credit(L/C) documents
•Support in preparing multiple sales documents and producing related reports
• Support sales members in terms of operation
• Communicate with buyer and supplier if needed
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time
Handling Products: Mainly beverage and sometimes instant noodle.
Key customers: Super Market, CVS, E-Commerce, Hotel, Restaurant,Cafe, Hospital, Airport, Station etc
■MUST HAVE:
1.At least 2 years working experience as admin in FMCG industry
2.Skills in MS office. (Especially Pivot table in Excel)
2.Language: English and Mandarin (speaking,reading and writing)
■Personality Requirement:
• Proficient in negotiation skills
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ambitious and persistent
