Sales Admin Executive, E&E

About the Company 

We are an innovative functional materials and innovative device leader with a company size of 400. We are focused on integrated research and development, manufacturing and sales of EMI shielding materials, thermal interface materials, wave-absorbing materials and ferrite.

The company owns subsidiaries in Chongqing, Zhejiang with offices around the globe in places such as the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and now in Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities 

• Handle daily customer quotes, sample arrangements, and order requests.
• Track important project progress, collect and organize information.
• Collect and analyze monthly and quarterly sales data.
• Communicate and coordinate with sales/customers on issues and anomalies.
• Manage customer contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements, and coordinate with relevant departments for reviews.
• Reconcile invoices and follow up on payments.
• Schedule shipments, print delivery notes, and audit shipping documents.
• Oversee customs clearance, settlements, and after-sales service.
• Monitor production, shipping, and on-site supervision.
• Maintain customer records and manage adjustments such as price changes and amendments.

Job Requirements 

• Candidate possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Secretarial Studies, Shipping, Supply Chain, Business Administration or in any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Service or in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages.

Remuneration 

RM 4,000 - RM 6,000
