Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must have initiative, responsible, meticulous and possess a good interpersonal attitude.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English. Preferably candidate who able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Candidate who able to start work in short notice will be an added advantage.
- Training will be provided (SAP System)
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare and process Sales Quotation, Sales Order and Invoice as requested.
- Verify / Check stock availability for the committed sales with store.
- Prepare PO for HQ and follow up the arrival of stock.
- Responsible for day to day sales support function and generate administrative tasks.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignments given by Management.
