Sales Admin Officer

• To assist the superior in overseeing the daily branch operations including Sales and Marketing, Warehousing, Logistic, HR & Administration related;
• To answer to incoming phone calls;
• To support Sales Personnel as and when required;
• To entertain walk in customers and provide good service;
• To issue Sales Order, Invoice, Delivery Order, Product Claim and Return (PCR) and Despatch Note;
• To monitor the usage and issuance of Manual Delivery Order;
• To assist in monitoring stock level;
• To mange daily cash sales;
• To maintain a clean, safe and healthy workplace environment;
• To ensure company properties are maintained in good condition;
• To review and monitor RMA outstanding list;
• To undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.

Job Requirements:

• SPM/ Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management / Marketing or equivalent and/or at least 1 year of working experience;
• Responsible, hardworking and supportive with a high level of integrity;
• Positive attitude, self motivated, result oriented;
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Malay;
