Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Admin - Seksyen U5 Shah Alam

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Admin to join our team based out of our offices in various locations. Your responsibilities will be to manage the centralised sales administration with Sales, Service and Operations.

To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Sales, Service and Operation Team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Performing sales documents verification.
  • Performing HIGH VOLUMES of new sales sales entries, contract repackaging, terminations, reduction, trial, conversion, fixed contract renewal, price increase, invoice frequency changes and other sales related documents.
  • Performing every sales entries transaction update in the branch template.
  • Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.
  • Ensure all data is input onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently.
  • Multiple coordination or liaising with branch on any updates or status.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in capacity analyses and service schedule
  • Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently on the phone
  • Good planning and organisational skills with attention to details
  • Ability to priorities tasks with effective time management
  • Able to handle timelines without affecting quality of work
  • Customer oriented & results driven

Highly Desirable:

  • Excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills
  • Ability to do multitasking job
  • Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
  • Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage
