Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Admin Support

Juris Technologies is a renowned enterprise-class software provider for the biggest banks and largest enterprises in Malaysia for over 20 years. Our software has won international awards and we are expanding overseas.The Sales Admin Support plays an important role in JurisTech's Sales team as the person provides the necessary administrative sales support to our Sales Account Managers in their daily tasks. The role requires a highly structured, detailed, meticulous and adaptable individual that can meet the Sales Account Managers’ expectations and is able to multi-task and collaborate with internal and external parties. The role’s key metric is improving Sales Account Managers efficiency and productivity by providing the necessary sales administrative support. A positive working attitude to dealing with internal/ external parties and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining work priorities, are key.Experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills with good Microsoft Office skills is an advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES-Assist in creating proposals, preparing contract agreements (e.g. software license agreement, etc.).-Keeping and maintaining relevant documents for RFP/ tender submission in the Sales shared folder repository.-Replying to emails, scheduling appointments, coordinating internally with different teams for internal/ external meetings.-May be required to research potential customers and sales strategies.-Assisting Account Managers with required documents, information for RFP/ tender worked on. -Assisting with data input/ account creation in Juris CRM.-Extracting Juris CRM report, analysing and sending emails with tracking file to internal stakeholders.-Preparing weekly and monthly reports to key stakeholders.-Tracking individual Account Managers' compliance towards internal SOP set.-Supporting the Sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.  [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-juris-technologies-sdn-bhd-job-sales-admin-support-0]
-Candidate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is preferred.-Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.-Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.-Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint. -Passionate, driven, and able to maintain a high degree of motivation.- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Prompt and punctual.- Detailed and meticulous.Successful candidates may be required to work at Bangsar South area.
