Job Description:
- Support the seamless functioning of the sales department by handling calls and generating quotations.
- Assist customers with order processing and address inquiries.
- Maintain precision in customer databases and sales records.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing comprehensive information about products and services.
- Regularly update the supervisor on accounts receivable follow-ups.
- Collect cheques in adherence to established procedures.
- Work in collaboration with the finance department to optimize the efficiency of sales order and invoice processing.
- Execute routine clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office organization.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
- Additional education or certification in office administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working location: Taman Medan, Petaling Jaya.
