Sales Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Report to / assist Manager, Sales Administration in the daily sales administration functions and ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Division.
• Process purchase orders from customers, check with warehouse on stock availability and prepare daily delivery list.
• Respond to customer enquiries, phone calls, requests and etc.
• Follow up closely with Warehouse on the arrival of stock.
• Prepare debit / credit notes and liaise with Finance & Accounts Department.
• Assist in monitoring payment collection.
• Ensure proper filing of documents / records.
• Prepare reports such as sales report, purchase report and etc.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Commerce / Economics or equivalent.
• Applicants with a minimum 1 year of general administration experience will have an advantage.
• Competent in using Microsoft Word an Excel
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
