Job Responsibility
- Data Management - ensure all information on website, accounting system and price list are up to date and accurate
- Acccounting Management - ensure all purchase record, payment received, expenses record correctly in accounting software
- Logistic arrangement - to assit operation to arrange transportation for customer order
- Data analysis - using excel to generate report on sales activity
- Pricing - responsibile for company product pricing. Ensure sales team get the lastest price list
Requirement
- Minimum education level : Diploma
- Must able to use microsoft excel to handle daily work
- Language : must able to communicate in Mandarin and Malay
- Preferable candidate who stay nearby to Bandar Seri Botanic ( within 15 minutes car distance)

- Multitasking Skill
- Able to work effectively to meet task deadline
- Willing to comunnicate with superior to fulfill job responsibility
