The Sales Administration in Market Support adds value by ensuring operational efficiency, supporting the Project Sales and Business Development team as well as maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales admin support to Project Sales & Business Development team, ensuring smooth operation of sales processes.
  • Preparation of sales contracts and quotations
  • Order Processing: manage & process sales orders accurately and efficiently by coordinating with other departments ensuring timely order fulfillment.
  • Produce monthly forecast and order intake reports and tracking sales demand
  • Address & resolve issues or discrepancies related to sales orders, customer accounts or other sales related matters.
  • Order Accuracy/Timeless is to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders which include order details are entered correctly.
  • Sales Reporting Accuracy which involves presenting month-end & ad-hoc reporting with accurate and relevant information.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum tertiary qualification or a professional Diploma or Degree in Business /Marketing/ Sales Administration from reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 years in Business/Marketing/Sales Administration role 
  • Experience in the steel construction industry will be an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce iwill be added advantage.
