Why does this role matter?
The Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting the efficiency and success of the sales operations by ensuring accurate order processing, invoicing, and customer coordination. This position acts as a central point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth administrative processes and high-quality customer service.

What makes you a great fit?
2–4 years in sales admin/order management, ideally in IT/technical B2B
Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent experience
Strong MS Excel skills; SAP/ERP/CRM exposure is a plus
Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Adaptable, accountable, and comfortable in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
