Sales and Business Development Director - Immediate Start

As part of our expansion to venture into new products, i.e coal mining industry and waste tyres. We are looking for a highly motivated sales and business development director to focus on building repeatable organic sales channels.

This is a fully commission based job which means the pay will be purely based on the sales closed and the rate of commission will be very attractive. The candidate has the flexibility of working from home and this is a contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategy
• Take lead on proactive client engagement, identify the right decision makers within the targeted companies and maintain a relationship with prospective clients with the ultimate objective to close sales
• Negotiate and prepare the sales agreement to close potential deals

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant job function 
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to close sales based on the leads provided
• Disciplined and with strong track record in business development
