Sales and Ecommerce Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Ecommerce Executive . This individual will be responsible for managing the sales of our products both in the physical showroom and online through our ecommerce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage showroom sales by providing exceptional customer service to clients, showcasing our products and their features and benefits, and closing sales.
• Coordinate with the ecommerce team to manage the company's online sales platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to stay competitive in the market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions for the company's ecommerce platform and showroom.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in the showroom and online, addressing their concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure availability of products in the showroom and online.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and ecommerce metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make necessary adjustments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• The ideal candidate must be available to work during weekends and public holidays
