Job Description

Owner and Account Service:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and key accounts.

- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Sales and Opportunity Identification:

- Research industry trends, competitors, and growth areas.

- Work with the sales team to expand the customer base and boost revenue.

- Commission-based pay with high earnings potential for closed sales.

Onboarding New Owners:

- Ensure smooth onboarding for new property owners into the management system.

- Coordinate with internal teams to integrate new properties seamlessly.

Sales Funnel Management:

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to conversion.

- Optimize sales processes to increase conversion rates and reduce turnaround time.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the property management and rental industry.

- Strong understanding of real estate and property management principles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

- Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems.

- Adaptability to evolving industry trends and market dynamics.
