Job Description

• Lead Management: Receive and manage leads from our online/offline sales channels, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
• Customer Qualification: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, qualify their interests, and gather necessary information.
• Quoting: Provide accurate and competitive quotes for the vehicles customers wish to sell, ensuring all details are clear and transparent.
• Transaction Handling: Oversee the entire transaction process from initial contact to final sale, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, vehicle values, and competitor offerings to provide the best possible deals to customers.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Job Requirements

• Ability to communicate and write well in English and Bahasa
• Knows how to use and operate Microsoft Office and Google products
• Have a valid car driving license
• Minimum working experience of 1 to 2 years
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
