Sales and Marketing Executive - Exciting Challenge

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential sales revenues and evaluate the market needs.
• Actively source potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Regularly perform reviews and submit reports with sales and financial data.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Sales and revenue forecasting and planning.
• Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Work together with other company executives and management team to meet with potential business partners and maintain existing client relationships.
• Monitor market trends to come up with new business ventures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the fintech, technology, or nonprofit sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian market, with established networks and relationships in the fintech, philanthropy, charity, religion or related industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and occasionally internationally.
