Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for business growth.
  
• Develop new customers and explore new business opportunities within the assigned market.
  
• Prepare and execute sales plans, marketing strategies, and sales forecasts to achieve business objectives.
  
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  
• Work closely with internal technical and operational teams to deliver effective solutions to customers.
  
• Coordinate customer meetings, product presentations, and follow up on sales activities.
  
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales.
  
• Experience selling to the semiconductor, electronics, electrical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
  
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
