A self-motivated professional with an outstanding track record in sales to lead and manage our sales and marketing operations, customer acquisition, achieving targeted sales revenue and profitable growth goals.

The key function of this role is to create long lasting, value adding and mutually successful relationships with our clients through relationship management, client focused services delivery and profitable growth for the business.

• Managing the sales process from end to end to ensure stakeholder expectations and needs are met.
• Maintaining stakeholder relationship, sales, marketing with full compliance with DOE compliance and regulations
• Meeting the company’s sales & profit budgets
• Liaising for compliance and procedures enquiries from stakeholders
• Sourcing out waste that can be alternative raw materials for industries
• Handling transportation
• Sales and marketing administration

Sales & Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• The ongoing training of your salespeople.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Sales & Marketing Manager Requirements:

• Male preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a sales team.
• Possess own car
• Willing to travel
• Hardworking, honest, creative, good interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary SPM/STPM/’A” Level/Pre-U (Science Stream)
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Working experience in Environmental & Manufacturing field is an added advantage for this position.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
