SALES ASSOCIATE 

•  Responsible for the daily store operations
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant environment consistent with our brand image.
• Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc. 
• Identifies and handles client enquiries and concerns.
• Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management. 
• Work independently to do daily store opening & closing.
• Basic cashiering duties
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in stock replenishment.
• Manage outlet’s inventory. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Individuals and fresh graduates who are passionate about retail and service industry are welcome to apply.
• Individual with retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays.

MARKETING

• Develop compelling and creative social media content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and reflects the company's voice and values.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand messaging.
• Schedule and publish posts to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
• Analyse sales data and consumer insights to measure the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Applicant must be willing to travel. 
• Strong knowledge & experience in online digital marketing, trends, and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Experience in content creation is a plus- the ability to plan, shoot, and edit a high-quality design, video, and photo content.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, sales data, and consumer behavior.
• Self-motivated, multitasking, strong attention to details, creative, positive attitude, solid work ethic, excellent organization
