Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential partners from a provided customer database.
- Effectively use the calling script to communicate the value proposition of our products.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential partners.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for the number of calls and appointments set.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and appointments set.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve call strategies and approaches.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field.
- Strong conversational skills and ability to engage with diverse clients.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
