Sales Assistant - Innovative Company

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential partners from a provided customer database.
2. Effectively use the calling script to communicate the value proposition of our products.
3. Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential partners.
4. Meet daily and weekly targets for the number of calls and appointments set.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls made and appointments set.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to improve call strategies and approaches.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
2. Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field.
3. Strong conversational skills and ability to engage with diverse clients.
4. Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or related field is preferred.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
