The Role You’ll Play



  • Help grow ClassPass by bringing top-tier studios and wellness venues across Asia into our global network. 

  • Use your language skills to build strong connections and drive growth across multiple international markets. 

  • Own your sales pipeline. Prospect, pitch, and close new partners with creativity and strategic outreach. 

  • Make the value of ClassPass real for potential partners—helping them fill classes, grow revenue, and reach new customers. 

  • Customize every conversation. Tailor proposals to meet each partner’s unique goals and objections. 

  • Turn inbound interest into signed deals, ensuring every prospect gets a warm, engaging ClassPass experience. 

  • Hit your KPIs and exceed your targets with determination and a collaborative spirit. 

  • Bring new ideas to the team. Share what works, celebrate wins, and help us get better every day. 


Experience You Bring



  • 1–3 years in sales, ideally in a high-volume environment, with a strong record of performance. 

  • Confident with outbound selling, from cold calls to closing, and everything in between. 

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills. 

  • Skilled negotiator with a drive to deliver value and build lasting partnerships. 

  • Clear, confident communicator who thrives on connecting with new people. 

  • Curious about businesses and what makes them tick. Passionate about helping others grow. 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You adapt quickly and stay positive under pressure. 

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (like Salesforce) and business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
