Job Description:

As a Sales Associate at IVAN YOUNG, you will be the embodiment of our brand's values and the first point of contact for our esteemed customers. 

Your role involves:

• Providing an exceptional shopping experience by understanding and catering to the unique needs of our customers.
• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our product range, including the latest collections and exclusive pieces.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a loyal and satisfied customer base.
• Achieving sales targets while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
• Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining the impeccable presentation of our store.
• Collaborating with the team to organize in-store events and promotions.
• Perform cashiering duties.
• Maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist with refilling, unpacking, packing and sorting of stocks.
• A team player to support the retail team wherever necessary.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of sales.
• Use product knowledge to provide mix and match ideas to maximize the sales value.
• Teamwork at boutique; supporting back-office, security procedures, cash and stock management.

Requirements:

• Passion for fashion and luxury retail.
• Proven experience in a high-end retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a flair for building relationships.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of style.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays. 6 days off a month
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A professional and polished demeanor.
• Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and/or luxury fashion experience will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of luxury market and practices
• Good team player
• Motivated and driven
• Good in mix and match on Ready-to-Wear (RTW)
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in fashion retail industry
