We also develop, own and operate Shopping Centres that are anchored by IKEA and create walkable communities by including residential, office and other types of real estate in our development plans.

-An IKEA co-worker’s main task is to maximise sales and profitability in his/her area of responsibility using knowledge of the IKEA product range, local market conditions and the needs of customers.

-Convey passion about IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits, and you share this knowledge with customers and colleagues

-Actively offer all the services available in the store to help customers make informed choices, which results in a better shopping experience for them .
