Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Closing: Skillfully close sales by effectively presenting our AI training solutions, demonstrating their value, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. Ensure that each sale aligns with customer needs and company goals.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and gather contact information for potential leads through various channels, including industry events, social media, and referrals. Employ a strategic approach to expand our customer base and create new opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, understanding their business needs, and offering personalized AI training solutions. Aim to exceed customer expectations and cultivate a network of satisfied clients who are advocates of our services.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly report sales activities, progress, and outcomes, analyzing trends and insights to inform future sales strategies. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to ensure all sales data is up-to-date and accessible for team review and strategy planning.
  • Training Coordination: Liaise with the training team to ensure that all customer requirements are met with precision. Oversee the seamless execution of training programs, from scheduling to feedback collection, to guarantee a high-quality learning experience for the customer.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the training or tech industry. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets within a competitive market landscape.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentation creation. Experience with CRM software, utilizing it to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines efficiently. Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to assess client needs accurately and propose targeted solutions effectively.
  • Communication: Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing a range of audiences.
  • Presentation Skills: Expertise in crafting compelling presentation slides that effectively communicate value propositions and complex information in a clear and persuasive manner. Confident and dynamic presentation skills, capable of captivating and engaging audiences during sales pitches and training sessions.
  • Character: Embodies a proactive and positive attitude, demonstrating a go-getter approach to challenges. Ability to work independently, managing time and resources effectively to achieve sales targets. Exhibits a high level of resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in selling training programme and a good understanding of how to claim HRDF funds in Malaysia.
  • Network: Established network in the training or related industries.
  • Tech-Savvy: Passionate about AI and emerging technologies with the ability to quickly learn about new products.
  • Language: Proficiency in English language
