Sales & Business Development Executive - Rewarding Work

• Responsible to expand business & achieved sales target assigned with new and existing customers.
• Expand customer base by prospecting and creating new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and implement marketing activities for customers.
• Engage with the customers and users to understand their evolving needs and introduce new products and solutions that may meet both their expressed and covert needs.
• To acquire and identify new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
• To review, recommend and follow-up on applications and documentations.
• To participate in sales campaigns, promotion and product launching.
• Gather and feedback on market and competitor’s information.
• Prepare presentation material and conduct new and existing corporate customer and system integrators on product range and new product.
• Able to conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunity, to establish and maintain contact with existing and potential customer.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Management, Sales, or equivalent. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in healthcare or wellness related industry. 
• Language required: Mandarin (As the role requires candidate to liaise with our Mandarin speaking clients), English 
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant business growth.
• Exceptional business acumen, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Stellar communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter who's adaptable and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for projects and to meet clients as required.

• Established relationships with executives in large corporations with a history of successful negotiations.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and ensuring the adoption of systems like CRM and SFA.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and advertising platforms, including Google, Facebook, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong strategic planning, budget planning, and budget management skills.
