We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team at Billion Onsen Spa. The Sales & Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and enhancing our presence in the spa and wellness industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for wellness, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in the spa and wellness industry. Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to capitalise on.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Actively seek opportunities to attract new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our range of wellness services and offerings. Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative packages, promotions, and partnerships that resonate with our target market.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Utilize insights to refine sales and marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example and inspire the team. Provide guidance, training, and support to help team members thrive in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the spa.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress towards goals, and generate regular reports for management review. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.
