Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.

By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new customers.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Understand and refine AOne offerings for education, academy and learning centres.
To generate leads, meetings and focus on meeting company sales goals.
Build and maintain good relationships with new, potential and existing clients.
Provide the necessary customer support service to clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Research, identify and develop local sales markets.
Contribute towards the company's vision as software for learning centres across Southeast Asia countries.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with a consultative sales approach and be a strong sales leader, persuader and influence.
Comfort in a fast-paced and start-up environment.
Quick to grasp technical concepts and information.
Strong resilience to handle rejections and challenges.
Previous experience and success in winning SME businesses is a plus.
Relevant experience in strategy, sales or marketing in education or SAAS industry is a plus.
