5. Establish a good relationship with customers, improve registered membership information, strengthen interaction with members in the company's online community, maintain communication with customers to understand their satisfaction and feedback, and provide follow-up after-sales service.

6. Keep the store clean and orderly, and ensure that the products are displayed and displayed according to the company's requirements.

7. Comply with the company's management system and working standards.

[Job Requirements]

1. Under 35 years old.

2. Love jewelry sales, be sensitive to the needs of customers, and guide customers to make purchase decisions by displaying and interpreting the characteristics, value and quality of jewelry.

3. Proficient in Chinese, English and Malay speak three languages.

4. Have good enthusiasm and positivity, communication ability, team spirit; honest and willing to work, strong sense of responsibility, willing to grow with the company.

5. Strong learning ability, comprehensive and in-depth mastery of jewelry knowledge and sales skills after training, able to complete the display, promotion and after-sales service of jewelry products.

6. Have a certain understanding of Penang fashion jewelry trends and market trends.

7. Sales experience in jewelry, clothing, and fashion brand stores is preferred.
