About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be put in charge of a portfolio of accounts over a wide range of industries ie, food & beverage, human health & nutrition, coatings, building & construction, detergents, rubber glove, plastic rubber & foam, water treatment, corp production & protection etc.  

You will use your excellent people skills to forge relationships with clients, building up sales and expanding your abilities. Getting on the road to visit clients is exciting and rewarding, you will get to visit your clients regularly and present Redox products and services.

Achieving targets and developing sales will see your career grow at Redox, with those who achieve targets being rewarded. Over time you will be given opportunities to progress throughout the business, with different streams available to everyone as they progress.

The role is office based, located in Redox Malaysia office at UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor. Our graduates are entry-level, provided with a mentoring and one-on-one training, receiving continuous guidance and development.

In this role you will:

• Identify sales opportunities within your customer base. 
• Establish strong relationships with key client contacts.
• Locate new clients.
• Present Redox and our value proposition.
• Formulate and negotiate pricing.
• Attain market intelligence.

About you

• You will be a recent graduate, early in your career who is keen to learn and be developed into a successful and leading salesperson. 
• The right candidate is a ‘people person’ with the ability to build relationships and connect with people from all walks of life. 
• You are organised with exceptional time management skills, possessing strong analytical ability, with excellent attention to detail.
• Redox staff are self-motivated and enjoy beating personal targets and goals.
• To be successful you’ll be resourceful, curious, organised, and meticulous.
• An understanding of chemistry or chemicals would be desirable, due to the nature of the ingredients we distribute.

Requirements:

You must have – 

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Business, Arts or Science 
  Desirable - major in chemistry or similar
• Citizenship or permanent residence status
• Must be able to speak English and Malay, additional languages will be looked upon favourably.
• Drivers Licence and car
• You have high quality communication skills; written, verbal and in presentation settings. Including a professional and courteous phone style
