Job Descriptions:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via social media platforms, Tawk To, CRM and phone inquiries.
2. Identify, assess customers' needs and render assistance to achieve satisfaction pertaining to their services with the company.
3. Effectively communicate pricing, terms, and conditions to clients.
4. Provide accurate and complete information to address customer queries.
5. Persuasively promote and sell our products and services to prospective customers.
6. Actively follow up with prospective customers to persuade products and services sign up.
7. Achieve a minimum target of 4001 points per month.
8. Keep records of necessary customer interactions and enter all information required into the company database and official WhatsApp group chats.
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
10. Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.

Job Requirements

• Required language: Fluent English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking customers)
• Achieve a minimum target of 4001 points per month.
• Must have at least 2 years of experiences in sales relevant position, preferably with B2C settings.
• Must be willing to work on a 5 days work week with rotational shifts 
  (Working Hours: 9am - 6pm / 10am - 7pm)
• Immediate or short notice period availability will be preferred.
