We are currently expanding the business, thus we are looking for highly motivated, dynamic and forward thinking individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide and maintain high level of customer service
- Perform sales or promotions activities, products and window display
- Prepare proposals and handle clients through phone calls and emails
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales target
- Ability to demonstrate and explain our products and its accessories
- To keep display counters neat and tidy
- To promote a good brand image of the product
- Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
- Market and promote specific product assigned by the company
- Provide feedback on general market conditions
- Present product knowledge in order to manage and to handle different customer profiles
- To carry out any duties as the Company may from time to time assign
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Minimum 1 - 2 of experience in retail. Candidates from timepieces/fashion/jewelry/luxury industry are encouraged to apply
- Customer service oriented with good follow up skills
- Aggressive, result-driven, and good team player
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Full-Time position(s) based in TRX and KLCC
