About the job

In this role and together with the team, you will be responsible to:

1. Achieve and exceed sales targets assigned, cultivate and maintain a loyal customer base, and assist with daily store operations.
2. Provide excellent customer service by sharing product knowledge, educate customers on the importance of skincare and beauty regimens. Provide tips and advice on skincare and body care routines.
3. Take ownership on the monitoring of after sales service of customer database and support in-store marketing events.
4. Inventory management and maintain good housekeeping condition in the store.

About you

You are an amazing Sales Consultant and bring along the following:

• Min 2 years’ experience in attainable luxury Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle brands.
• Dedication, sales target driven attitude, and a good team player.
• Highly motivated with a strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to develop your career and grow with us.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous retail experience a must.
