Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our asphalt shingles product line, conducting market research, and developing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase revenue. The Product Specialist will also work closely with our sales and marketing teams to provide technical support and training to our customers.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage the asphalt shingles product line, including product development, pricing, and promotions.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Work closely with architects to provide technical support and training to customers.
• Conduct product training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers as needed.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
• Inspire customers by providing design and furnishing ideas for their dream and living solutions.
• Propose special furnishing packages based on show units design concepts.
• Follow up on sales prospects with excellent customer servicing
• Prepare sales quotations and process sales orders.
• Follow up with payment collection and after sales service
• Coordinate installations effectively and ensure that deadlines are met
• Display a high level of customer relations service and professionalism when dealing with customers.
• Prepare layout plans, 2D 3D drawing and tell all the details drawing

 Job Requirements: 

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in product management or related field.
• Experience with asphalt shingles or related roofing products preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
