Responsibilities:
• Handles customers’ orders & inquiries
• Prepare sales orders and invoice for customers.
• Pick and pack shipments accurately and in a timely manner
• Liaise with sales & account managers to ensure timely delivery of goods customers.
• To manage customers’ expectations and keep them informed of the status of their orders
• Other Administrative duties
Requirements:
• Min. 3 years experience in admin & sales support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications- especially MS Excel
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
• Responsible, meticulous, with good communication skills
• Team player with ability to work closely with internal and external customer needs effectively
• Independent worker with initiative and drive to be proactive in operational activities to meet customer expectations
• 5-day work week
