Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• ⁠Handles customers’ orders & inquiries
• ⁠Prepare sales orders and invoice for customers. 
• Pick and pack shipments accurately and in a timely manner
• Liaise with sales & account managers to ensure timely delivery of goods customers.
• ⁠To manage customers’ expectations and keep them informed of the status of their orders
• ⁠Other Administrative duties

Requirements:

•⁠  ⁠Min. 3 years experience in admin & sales support role.
•⁠  ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications- especially MS Excel
•⁠  ⁠Able to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
•⁠  ⁠Responsible, meticulous, with good communication skills
•⁠  ⁠Team player with ability to work closely with internal and external customer needs effectively
•⁠  ⁠Independent worker with initiative and drive to be proactive in operational activities to meet customer expectations
•⁠  ⁠5-day work week
