Responsibilities
- Response to all enquiries from customers for Navigation and Communication spare parts
- Provide quotation to customers’ request for marine navigation and communications equipment
- Follow-up closely with clients after sending quotation
- Check and verify customers PO upon receipt of order confirmation
- Check inventory and ensure minimum quantity on fast moving parts
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Department on packing and to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Ensure proper documentation for whole service process is completed and closed for each job
Requirements
- Currently pursing/holding a Diploma or Degree in Business or related discipline
- At least 1 year of inside sales experience
- Possess a strong business acumen and sales-driven mindset
- Proficient in English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent personal and interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of individuals, including building strong partnerships with other departments
- Must be able to handle multiple improvement projects and effectively manage different timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft products like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
