Location: Kuching
- Responsible for coordinating works to ensure smooth sales & purchase order processing.
- Handles customers’ inquiries regarding products and services, including delivery position, after-sales service and product warranty matters.
- Assists with the preparation of sales quotations & sales contracts for customers.
- Handles customers’ complaints and ensures proper record-keeping and follow-up.
- Ensures that all necessary stock documentation or transactions are carried out to reflect the accuracy of stock records at the stores.
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
- Possess 2 - 3 years experience as sales coordinator or any other related administrative position.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Computer literacy in MS Office.
- Basic English and Malay proficiency.
- Multitasking and possess the problem solving skills to response to the customer complaints.
