The Sales Coordinator is responsible in assisting and supporting the Sales Team. This position requires the ability to be adaptive, people-oriented, detail oriented, customer focused, enthusiastic, assertive, a multi-tasker, and perform with integrity.
Job description:
- Administrative support such as updating spreadsheets, answering phones, handling sales enquiries and follow up on any request on behalf of the Account Executive.
- Tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, assist with order processing, and assist with managing customer accounts.
- Maintain and update our products price book.
- Monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team.
- Initiate and maintain a good working relationship with the Sales team, our internal personnel and external clients, including third party providers and partners.

- Minimum diploma or equivalent required
