SALES COORDINATOR cum ADMIN ( Based in Kuching Sarawak )
 

Responsibilities :
- Supporting sales team in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and submissions
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Checking and input orders have the correct prices, discounts and product numbers, products information
- Collaborating with and supporting other departments to ensure sales, marketing and deliveries are handled efficiently
- Supporting in monitoring and reporting sales performance and activities to the sales team
- Supporting sales team in event activities and ad-hoc activities

Requirements
- SPM qualification or equivalent, school leavers are encouraged to apply
- Good in Microsoft office skills, good command of English & Bahasa languages. Able to converse in mandarin language will be an added advantage
- With Valid driving license and own transport preferably
- Able to start work immediately
Location: Vista Industrial Park, Muara Tabuan Kuching.
Working Hours: 9am – 6.30pm ( Mon-Friday )
